Zelensky claims that the Ukrainian army has ‘restrained’ Russians

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky claims that his country’s soldiers have managed to keep Russia at bay so far.
Zelensky claimed in a video message on Monday that while the Russians have been trying to “quietly” advance, their efforts have been thwarted and their soldiers have been “restrained”.
Zelensky further alleged that another Russian plane was shot down by Ukrainian forces in the Kharkiv area.
Concerning Russian warplane pilots, he stated: “They obviously lack a heart. Instead of a soul. Instead of all that makes humans human”.
