US warns “Its Russia’s fault if biological attack happens”

Victoria Nuland, the US government’s Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs, testified before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on Ukraine on Tuesday, saying the US was working with Ukraine to prevent invading Russian soldiers from stealing biological research equipment. The US is concerned that Russian soldiers are attempting to seize control of Ukrainian scientific sites. Victoria Nuland, a State Department employee, was questioned whether Ukraine possesses bioweapons at the session.
