US, South Korea Fire Ground-to-Ground Missiles in reaction to North Korea’s Missile Test

On last Wednesday During the Army Drill Practice’s Us and South Korea Launched Ground to Ground Missiles into the East Sea. Both Launched 2 (ATACMS) missiles which hit the mock targets. But On last Tuesday Us Defense conducted Separate Military exercises along with Japan and South Korea in response to the Action of North Korea, which launched a long-range ballistic missile.

Japanese Defense intimated that North Korea launched the ballistic missile which crosses the origin of Aomori and Hokkaido, which is unlawful and will be warned people to seek shelter. The ministry told that the missile had already fallen. But for the Past five years, It is the first time that  North Korea had fired a ballistic missile over the Japanese archipelago.

Japan’s Defense Minister Yasukazu Hamada has said the missile flew 4,600 kilometers (2,858 miles), the longest distance ever for an in-between range. In North Korea, It reached a height of 1,000 kilometers (621 miles) for an in-between range or long-range missile 

Hamada said, “The missile flew over Japan for around one minute and landed outside the country’s exclusive economic zone some 3,200 km east of the nation in the Pacific Ocean,”.  In East Sea, Last Saturday, North Korea also fired two short-range ballistic missiles. In South Korea, the US, and Japan in the East Sea North Korea’s rise in tensions are thought to be in response to a joint military drill.

Tensions on the peninsula rose in 2020 when North Korea assailed and blew up an inter-Korean liaison office on the border. If Pyongyang “further escalates the situation,” Seoul has promised a stern response. But, tensions rose last year when both Seoul and Pyongyang moved up military exercises to show their power.
