Ukrainian army started a counterattack near Kyiv, according to reports

            According to an adviser to Ukraine’s Interior Minister, the Ukrainian military started a counterattack against Russian soldiers to protect the capital city of Kyiv.

“The night was pretty difficult, but in general, we can say that the Ukrainian army counterattacked around Kyiv”, Ukrainian army commander Vadym Denysenko was reported as saying.

“We had five tanks lined up. Artillery skirmishes could be heard in Kyiv’s western suburbs early in the morning. There are now battles. There is no other information available at this time”, He continued.
