The 500-kg Russian bomb landed on a Chernihiv residential structure but did not explode. Many others followed suit, murdering men, women, and children. Dmytro Kuleba, Ukraine’s foreign minister, tweeted the news. Since February 24, more than 1.5 million people have fled the nation.
