According to Ukraine’s general staff, nearly 14,000 Russian troops were killed in the first three weeks of Moscow’s invasion of the nation.

Ukrainian authorities stated in a Facebook operational update that about 14,400 Russian servicemen had been dead.

According to the report, Moscow has lost a large quantity of military equipment, including around 1,470 armoured personnel vehicles, 60 tanks, and more than 100 fighter planes and helicopters.

According to Western intelligence sources believe that about 7,000 troops have been killed and 14,000 to 21,000 more have been injured.

It comes after Ukrainian forces claimed to have assassinated a fifth Russian general.

Lieutenant General Andrei Mordvichev would be the highest-ranking Russian officer killed in the conflict so far.
