According to a local official, evacuation lanes from four cities in Ukraine’s north-eastern Sumy region will be in place today.
According to Dmytro Zhyvytsky, the president of the Sumy regional administration, evacuation routes from Sumy, Konotop, Trostianets, and Lebedyn would be open between 09:00 and 21:00 local time.
Since Russia’s invasion, Sumy, near the Russian border, has been subjected to intense bombardment, with reports of power and water outages.
