The Russian space agency has suspended collaboration with Europe on launches at the Kourou spaceport.

In reaction to European Union sanctions, the Russian space agency Roscosmos has suspended cooperation with Europe on launches from the Kourou cosmodrome and has recalled its staff from French Guiana, according to the agency’s chief, Dmitry Rogozin, on Saturday.
“In reaction to EU sanctions against Russian firms, Roscosmos suspends collaboration with European partners in planning space launches from the Kourou cosmodrome and recalls its technical workers, including the combined launch crew, from French Guiana,” the company said in a statement.
