The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) will provide the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority with a detailed project report (DPR) for the city’s longest metro rail line today (YEIDA).
A high-speed metro rail will connect IGI Airport with Jewar International Airport as part of the metro corridor. The distance between Delhi and Greater Noida will also be reduced. The route will be 38 kilometers long and will have a completely new layout.
The DMRC has already sent the YEIDA a preliminary report on the super-fast metro train. The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority intends to build a 120 kmph superfast metro rail to connect Jewar International Airport with Delhi. In the first phase, the administration aims to build a new metro rail route from IGI airport to Knowledge Park in Noida.
