The UN nuclear authority said on Sunday that while staff at Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia nuclear power station continue to run it, management is now under the commands of the commander of the Russian soldiers who seized it last week. “I’m quite concerned,” said IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi in a statement, adding that Russian soldiers had blocked off certain cell networks and the internet, making interactions with the facility more difficult.
