“Russian Phosphorus Bombs Were Used This Morning,” Ukrainian President Zelensky tells NATO.

Ukraine’s President, Volodymyr Zelensky, has urged NATO to supply Ukraine with unfettered military assistance. Ukraine requires unrestricted military aid to preserve its people and towns. He informed NATO delegates that Russia is utilising its whole arsenal against us, with no limitations. He also charged Russia of using phosphorus weapons, which disperse a material that produces severe burns when it comes into contact with oxygen.
