According to Russian media, another 13 buses carrying over 300 migrants crossed the border into Russia’s Rostov area on Thursday. Food, water, power, and other essential supplies have all been cut off in Mariupol, making it the largest humanitarian crisis in the country. A children’s hospital was also hit by Russian missiles in the city, as was a theatre where around 1,200 people were hiding yesterday. According to Ukrainian officials, at least 2,400 people have been killed in the city thus far. Ukraine also alleged yesterday that Russian soldiers shot and murdered 13 Ukrainians waiting in line to purchase food in Chernihiv.
