The International Court of Justice (ICJ) is due to decide on Wednesday on emergency measures sought by Ukraine in a lawsuit against Russia, including a halt to Moscow’s military operation. The top United Nations court’s verdict, popularly known as the “World Court,” will be read aloud at The Hague’s Peace Palace at 4 p.m. local time (1500 GMT).
