Russia-Ukraine War: Another Indian student is got shot by bullet and hospitalised in Kyiv

            According to news agency ANI, an Indian student in Ukraine’s capital Kyiv has been hospitalised after being wounded with a bullet.

According to General VK Singh, Minister of State (MoS) for the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA), the Indian Embassy is in communication with the student and has recommended Indian nationals to evacuate the country immediately.

“A Kyiv student was reported to have been shot and was immediately taken to a hospital in Kyiv. The Indian embassy had already stated that everyone should leave Kyiv as soon as possible. In the case of conflict, the rifle bullet disregards anyone’s religion or nationality”, He revealed this to ANI.

P.S. An Indian student was killed earlier this week in Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second largest city, by Russian shelling. Naveen Shekharappa, a Karnataka native, was recognised as the deceased student. He was in medical school of fourth year. On Tuesday morning, he was murdered in a missile assault on the state government building in Kharkiv.
