The Kremlin said Russian officials are prepared to have a second round of discussions with Ukrainian officials on Wednesday, but it is unclear whether Ukrainian officials would attend. Dmitry Peskov, a Kremlin spokesman, said there was conflicting information regarding the negotiations, which would come after a failed meeting at the Belarusian border on Monday.
