Russia is being pushed to shift tactics, according to UK intelligence

The UK Ministry of Defence issued an intelligence report on the situation in Ukraine this morning, warning that a shift in Russian tactics might result in additional civilian casualties.
“The Kremlin has so far failed to accomplish its initial aims”, the ministry tweeted, adding that Russia was “surprised by the extent and fury of Ukrainian Resistance”.
“Russia has been forced to adjust its operational approach and is now adopting an attrition strategy”, the report states.
“This is likely to include the indiscriminate use of gunfire, which will result in greater civilian fatalities, the damage of Ukrainian infrastructure, and the escalation of the humanitarian catastrophe”.
