Punjab Elections 2022: AAP Nominates Bhagwant Mann as CM Candidate; Will Congress nominate Sidhu?

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) declared Bhagwant Mann as their CM candidate and meida says this news has cheered the headquarters of Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu.
The Congress Camp rejoiced because they now believe it has boosted their chances of projecting Sidhu as Congress’s CM face.
A few days ago, a party commercial on Twitter irritated Sidhu because it appeared to present Charanjit Singh Channi as the CM face for the forthcoming election.
The supporters of Mr. Sidhu contacted the senior leadership, inquiring about the tweet. The Gandhis’ choice was not reflected in the tweet, he was told. There is no CM candidate portrayed as of yet, and the Congress is playing it safe for the time being by asking that the polls be contested under the combined supervision of Sidhu and Channi.
Sidhu has cause to be optimistic now that Mann has been appointed as the CM face. They have a lot in common. Former comic Mann has a style of humor that many believe can only be equaled by Sidhu, whose one-liners and expertise in comedy performances can captivate an audience. Surprisingly, the two met in September of this year, shortly after AAP had isolated itself from Mann. This sparked suspicion that Mann would abandon the party.
