No politician photos: All govt offices in Delhi will have Dr. BR Ambedkar and Bhagat Singh’s Photographs

Photographs of Dr. BR Ambedkar and Bhagat Singh will be displayed at every Delhi government office. Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi, made the announcement during a programmed on the sidelines of a Republic Day celebration.
“Today, I announce that at every office of the Delhi government, there will be photos of BR Ambedkar and Bhagat Singh. Now we won’t put any Chief Minister or politician’s photos,” Kejriwal said at a program on the sidelines of a Republic Day event where he also hoisted the national flag.
He recalled Dr. Ambedkar’s challenges, saying that he received his education from Columbia University and the London School of Economics at a period when there was no internet. Arvind Kejriwal, the Delhi Chief Minister, claimed that the Delhi government was concentrating on making youngsters good citizens of the country, it had introduced ‘Happiness Classes,’ which included meditation and moral stories. He noted that the AAP administration boosted the education budget to 25% from just 5-10% previously. Bhagat Singh’s and Dr. Ambedkar’s paths were different, but their ambitions were the same, according to Kejriwal.
