Nicola Sturgeon has charged Vladimir Putin with war crimes in Ukraine. After Russian soldiers destroyed a hospital in Mariupol, the First Minister spoke. Anas Sarwar, the Labor Party’s leader, called Russian President Vladimir Putin a “war criminal.” “It is vital to do everything possible to stop Vladimir Putin, but it is also important to guarantee that he pays the highest price,” Ms Sturgeon added.
