Kavya Thapar, 26, was detained on Friday (February 18) by Juhu (Mumbai) police for allegedly drunk driving and a confrontation with a female constable. Police have charged her with violating sections 353, 504, 332, and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. She has been remanded in custody by a judge.
