Karnataka no longer requires passengers entering the state from Kerala or Goa to provide a Covid test report.

The Karnataka government has removed the need for passengers arriving from Kerala and Goa to submit an obligatory RT-PCR test report. Dr. K Sudhakar, Karnataka’s Health Minister, tweeted that this exemption was granted to Maharashtra passengers last week.
“Passengers arriving in Karnataka from Kerala and Goa via various means of transportation no longer require a negative RTPCR report,” tweeted Karnataka Health Minister Dr K Sudhakar.
 On Wednesday, the state recorded 1,894 new COVID cases and 24 fatalities.
