India reported 1,190 New cases in the Past day, Bringing the Total Number of Current Cases to 16,243

In the last 24 hours, #India saw 1,190 new instances of the novel #coronavirus. The Union Health Ministry released figures on Wednesday, November 2, showing that the overall recovery rate was approximately 98.78% and the total number of recoveries was 4,41,09,133.

According to today’s health ministry data, there are now 16,243 active #COVID19 cases throughout India. Around 17,618 active cases were reported yesterday.

In the last 24 hours, there has been a decline of 1,375 cases total in the active COVID-19 caseload. According to the ministry, active cases make up 0.04 percent of all infections.

The current death toll in the nation is 5,30,452. The first COVID pandemic-related mortality in India was recorded in March 2020.
