Two Fox News journalists were slain in Ukraine after the car they were travelling in with another reporter outside of Kyiv came under fire, according to the network.

In Horenka, Ukraine, Pierre Zakrzewski and Oleksandra “Sasha” Kuvshynova were slain in the event. “His abilities were extensive, and there wasn’t a function in the field that he didn’t leap in to help with – and he did it all under incredible pressure with wonderful expertise”, Fox News Media CEO Suzanne Scott said. The incident comes after a documentary filmmaker, Brent Renaud, was killed when Russian soldiers opened fire on his car. Oksana Markarova, Ukraine’s ambassador to the United States, congratulated reporters on the ground in Ukraine on Tuesday in Washington.
