In the national capital area, Noida Police nabbed an accused weapon smuggler involved in the illicit supply of guns and ammunition (NCR). At the Sector 24 police station, a case has been filed under sections 3 and 25 of the Arms Act.
According to a report in the Hindustan Times (HT), the culprit was identified as Raja Thakur (25), a native of Gijhore hamlet in Sector 53, from Khagaria in Bihar.
As stated by HT, “the cops discovered four country made firearms and two live bullets from his possession.”
