Among Us, a 2018 online multiplayer social deduction game, has regained popularity, defeating Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Call of Duty: Vanguard, and FIFA 22 to become the top downloaded game on PlayStation in December 2021.According to Sony’s PlayStation blog, Among Us, which was created and distributed by Innersloth, was named the most downloaded PS5 and PS4 games in Europe and the United States last month.In December of 2021, Innersloth launched the game on PS4 and PS5 as well as Xbox Series X|S, which may have contributed to the recent surge in popularity.

The game was also available as part of the Xbox Game Pass subscription.In June 2018, Among Us was launched on iOS and Android devices, followed by a Windows release later that year, and a Nintendo Switch release in 2020.
