On Sunday, an explosive device detonated in Afghanistan’s Baghlan region, a relic of the war’s previous years. Xinhua News Agency (Xinhua): The explosion occurred in the Tipa Nawroz neighbourhood of Pul-e-Khumri city, which is located outside of the province capital. An explosive device burst outside a school in Nangarhar province last week, killing six children and a vendor.
