The Kashmir valley awoke to a heavy layer of snow, disrupting people’s regular lives. The administration has shut down many roadways, including the Mughal Road and the Srinagar-Jammu National Highway. The divisional administration of Kashmir has established helpline lines, and citizens are asked to contact the administration in the event of an emergency. Life in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir was thrown into disarray today as most regions of the valley, including Srinagar, got severe snowfall.
