Exoplanet
The search for extraterrestrial life is a popular topic among both scientists and laypeople. We have spent a lot of time attempting to determine whether there is life on other planets. The existence of water is a key sign of extraterrestrial life. Recently, an exoplanet was discovered that contains oceans deeper than those on Earth.
A team led by Dr. Charles Cadieux, a researcher at the University of Montreal, found the planet. The Astronomical Journal published a report on the findings. Using NASA’s TESS space telescope, which searches the entire sky for planets like Earth, the researchers discovered the exoplanet. Every 11 days, the signal from TESS exhibited a small brightness drop. The astronomers concluded that the planet is 70% larger than Earth based on this.
