UN Secretary-General António Guterres has denounced the bombing of a children’s hospital and maternity department in Mariupol, calling it “horrific”.
Ukraine accused Russia of bombing the medical centre when a cease-fire was supposed to be in effect.
At least 17 people were injured in the attacks, while children and others were trapped under the wreckage.
