In Ukraine’s capital Kyiv, a new curfew has been announced.
The curfew will be in effect from 20:00 (18:00 GMT) today until 07:00 (05:00 GMT) on Wednesday, according to Vitali Klitschko, the city’s mayor, via the messaging app Telegram.
“When the alert goes off, I ask everyone to stay at home – or in shelters”, he stated.
