The 65th Annual Show brought out music’s biggest stars, so many had the chance to break records and be ‘First’ among the categories. Beyonce breaks records for the artist with most Grammys in a historic ceremony. Beyonce held a total of 27 Grammy before 2023 and has now won 5 more Grammy awards. Beyonce’s record-breaking moment was she won the Grammy for her album “Renaissance” in the Best Dance/Electronics album category.
For the first two award-winning moments, she wasn’t present at the moment of Grammy function. She won best dance recording for ‘Break My Soul,’ Traditional R&B performance for ‘plastic off the Sofa,’ and R&B song for ‘Cuff it.’
During the award-winning moment, she expressed her acceptance speech “I’m trying not to be too emotional, and I’m trying to receive this night. I want to thank God for protecting me. I want to thank my uncle Johnny, who’s not here, but he’s here in spirit. I want to thank the queer community for your love and for inventing this genre.”
Other stars who won big awards on Grammy 2023 are Taylor swift, Harry styles, Kendrick Lamar and Brandi Carlie.
