According to the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine, at least 117 children have been murdered and more than 155 others have been injured throughout the nation since Russia’s invasion began on February 24.

According to the research, the most of the fatalities have occurred in or around the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv (58), as well as in the north-eastern city of Kharkiv (40).

It goes on to say that a Russian tank allegedly damaged a vehicle carrying a family with two children in Kharkiv.

It claims that Russian bombardment damaged evacuation vehicles transporting children in the beleaguered southern port city of Mariupol.

Prosecutors reportedly claim to have documented 548 incidents in which schools and other educational buildings were targeted, 72 of which were “totally demolished”.

They also state that the data they present are inconclusive due to challenges in reaching or inspecting sites in several sections of the nation.
