Multiple commercial spacecraft will be used by NASA to land people on the Moon. Initially, it chose solely SpaceX, which is controlled by Elon Musk, but it is reconsidering its strategy. By the end of this decade, the Artemis programme aims to put humans on the moon. NASA intends to utilise the Moon as a launchpad for future missions that will take them further into space, such as expeditions to Mars. “We anticipate two firms to successfully transport people to the surface of the Moon in their landers under NASA’s direction before we seek for services, which might result in numerous experienced suppliers in the market,” Lisa Watson said. –
