More on the alleged explosions in Lutsk and Dnipro.
The mayor of Lutsk stated that the explosions occurred near the city’s airstrip.
“Everyone into shelter!” he said in a Facebook post, adding urging locals not to share any photographs, locations, or coordinates.
Meanwhile, Ukraine’s ICTV station reported that a facility near the airport was on fire.
Ukrainian media reported three explosives in Dnipro, one of which appeared to target a two-story shoe factory.
According to sources, the other two explosions occurred near a kindergarten and a multi-family building.
