The Halasuru police have arrested a 28-year-old Kolhapur man for impersonating an Army soldier in order to defraud others. The incident was discovered on Thursday, when the accused, Yuvraj Suresh, was seen traversing the city in an Army uniform. Constable Sangappa, who was on patrol duty at the time, intercepted him. Suspicious, the constable arrested the suspect, who was then taken to the police station, where he admitted to wandering throughout the city in an Army outfit, deceiving others. Accused has been arrested.
