A Bengaluru Traffic Cop was Suspended for Kicking a Lady

A Bengaluru traffic police assistant sub-inspector (ASI) has been suspended after reportedly kicking a woman near the Town Hall in a video that went viral. As per the statement from the traffic police, he allegedly attacked the woman after she attempted to hit him with a stone. The policeman was trying to tow her car for parking in a no-parking zone.
“Traffic ASI Mr. Narayan, who reportedly abused a lady, was suspended on January 29,” the traffic police mentioned in a statement. The ASI attacked her when the lady became enraged and attempted to hit him with a stone. “Her car was towed since it was in a no-parking zone,” the statement reveals.
The incident occurred on January 24 near the Town Hall, within the jurisdiction of the SJ Park Police Station. On Saturday evening, the horrifying footage was leaked. The officer has filed a counter-complaint, stating that the lady assaulted him with a stone. According to reports, the officer lost his temper after being hit and attacked her. The woman was arrested and taken into police custody.
